WPARTS LLC (“WPARTS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses service providers to operate the Services. This page supports the Privacy Notice and the EEA/UK Privacy Addendum. We describe categories of providers, not a public vendor roster.
A current named list of processors is available to Sellers under contract and to others on confidential request at privacy@wparts.com, subject to reasonable confidentiality.
We do not use card payment processors, because WPARTS does not collect or settle payments. We do not use banks or parcel carriers as our processors for Buyer–Seller sales.
If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
1. Categories of Service Providers

Optional notifications you enable may be delivered through a messaging service you choose to connect. In that case the messaging service processes the account identifier and the notification content you elected to receive, under that service’s terms.
2. Seller-Owned Processors (Not WPARTS Subprocessors)
A Seller may enable third-party analytics or advertising tools on that Seller’s hosted site. The Seller is the controller. WPARTS loads those tools only after the visitor’s cookie consent and not when GPC is present. Those providers are the Seller’s processors, not WPARTS advertising partners for the Seller’s own marketing account.
When WPARTS shares an inquiry or Order with a Seller, the Seller is an independent controller of that contact data, not a WPARTS subprocessor.
3. International Transfers
Transfers from the EEA/UK to the United States and other third countries rely on SCCs and the UK addendum where required. VIN or vehicle queries sent to catalog, fitment, or assistant providers are international transfers. Details: EEA/UK Privacy Addendum.
4. Updates
We may add, replace, or remove providers. Material changes that affect how EEA/UK personal data is processed will be reflected in these category descriptions and, where required, notified. Questions: privacy@wparts.com.
