Notice of Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Effective date: October 1, 2025

WPARTS LLC (the "Company", "we", "us", or “our”) provides this Notice of Right to Opt-Out to inform California residents of their right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to opt-out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

1. What is the right to opt-out?

Under California law, you have the right to direct a business to stop selling or sharing (including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information. After you submit an opt-out request, we will not sell or share your personal information for these purposes unless you later provide authorization.

2. How to exercise your right to opt-out

You may exercise your right to opt-out using any of the following methods:

  • Use your browser or device setting that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; we honor verified GPC signals as opt-out requests.
  • Email us at: legal@wparts.com with subject line “Do Not Sell/Share Opt-Out” and include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

When you submit an opt-out request, we will provide confirmation that your request has been received and processed.

3. Verification of requests

To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Verification may require information such as account credentials, email address, a government ID (only where required and proportionate), or other information reasonably necessary to verify the request. We will only request information reasonably necessary to verify requests. For more details about our verification procedures, see the Company’s Privacy Notice.

4. Persistence and duration of opt-out

We will honor opt-out requests for at least 12 months from the date we receive a request, after which you may be required to submit a new request. If you later provide express authorization to sell or share your information, we may resume such activity consistent with your authorization.

5. No discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under California privacy law. Exercising opt-out rights will not result in denial of goods or services, charging different prices, or providing a different level or quality of goods or services, except where permitted by applicable law and to the extent the difference is reasonably related to the value provided by your data.

6. Categories of personal information sold or shared

Below are high-level categories of personal information that we may have sold or shared in the last 12 months (if any). For details and a full list of categories, see our Privacy Notice.

  • Identifiers (e.g., email address, device identifiers)
  • Internet or other electronic network activity (e.g., browsing history, cookies, advertising identifiers)
  • Inferences and profiling (e.g., preferences used for targeted advertising)

If you would like a list of the specific third parties with whom we have sold or shared your personal information in the prior 12 months, contact us using the methods in Section 8.

7. Children

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be less than 16 years old without affirmative authorization. For users under the applicable age thresholds, we comply with applicable law.
