2. Role

WPARTS is a technology platform for lead generation, requests for quotation (RFQ), part and service requests, and hosted seller websites. WPARTS is not the merchant of record for third-party Seller goods or services. WPARTS does not process card payments, collect or remit sales tax as a marketplace facilitator, issue refunds, or operate payouts.

Sellers who operate a hosted site are responsible for their own listings, lead handling, and any legal notices they are required to publish. See the Seller Agreement and Site Builder & Hosting Terms.
