WPARTS LLC (“WPARTS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to making wparts.com and related Services reasonably accessible to people with disabilities. We work in good faith toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and toward compliance with applicable law, including Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) where it applies to our public website.

This statement describes our current approach. It is not a warranty that every page or hosted seller site meets a particular technical standard at all times. Hosted seller sites may include Seller-controlled content, images, and third-party pixels that WPARTS does not author.

• Semantic structure, keyboard-accessible controls, and visible focus states on first-party pages where practicable.
• Text alternatives for first-party interface icons and meaningful images where we control the markup.
• Ongoing review of high-traffic flows (search, account, help, and legal pages) as we ship updates.
• Consideration of accessibility when we change layouts, forms, and the site builder’s default themes.

3. Limitations

Some content is provided by Sellers or third-party catalogs (including images, fitment tables, and embedded maps). Third-party scripts (for example, maps, security checks, or analytics or advertising tools a Seller enables after consent) are outside our full control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of every Seller listing or custom-domain site.
