Do you support GDPR rights for EU/EEA users?

Yes. See the EEA/UK Privacy Addendum for legal bases, international transfers (including VIN or vehicle queries sent to service providers that return search or catalog results), Standard Contractual Clauses, and data-subject rights. Is WPARTS the seller or does it offer buyer protection?

No. WPARTS is a technology platform only (see §3). An Order is a request transmitted to the Seller. WPARTS does not process card payments, collect sales tax, issue refunds, or offer buyer protection. Payment, shipping, returns, and taxes are arranged directly with the Seller (see the Off-Platform Payment, Shipping & Returns Notice).
