Where can I read WPARTS Privacy Notice?

The document also covers Secure Rooms (see the Secure Rooms section): for end-to-end encrypted rooms we store only ciphertext and metadata (participants, timestamps, sizes of messages and files); access by administration to room content is possible only upon a participant's report with their explicit consent; the encrypted key backup is stored on the server, but the encryption key derived from your passphrase is never known to the server; retention follows the room's retention period.

What are my California privacy rights and how do I opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information?

California residents have the right to opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information under CCPA/CPRA. Read the Do Not Sell or Share notice. You can submit a request via the privacy request form, email [email protected], or use Cookie Settings / a GPC signal. See also the Cookie Policy and Privacy Notice.

Do you support GDPR rights for EU/EEA users?

Yes. See the EEA/UK Privacy Addendum for legal bases, international transfers (including VIN or vehicle queries sent to service providers that return search or catalog results), Standard Contractual Clauses, and data-subject rights. Is WPARTS the seller or does it offer buyer protection?

No. WPARTS is a technology platform only (see §3). An Order is a request transmitted to the Seller. WPARTS does not process card payments, collect sales tax, issue refunds, or offer buyer protection. Payment, shipping, returns, and taxes are arranged directly with the Seller (see the Off-Platform Payment, Shipping & Returns Notice).

What are WPARTS policies on refunds, shipping, and sales tax?

Read the Off-Platform Payment, Shipping & Returns Notice. An Order on WPARTS is a request transmitted to the Seller. WPARTS does not process card payments, collect or remit sales tax, or issue refunds. Payment, shipping, returns, and taxes are arranged directly between Buyer and Seller under the Seller’s listing terms and applicable law.

Who is responsible for product defects or injuries?

Sellers are solely responsible for their products. WPARTS is not a manufacturer, seller, distributor, or retailer of third-party products and disclaims product liability to the fullest extent permitted by law (see §13). Direct any product liability claims to the seller.

How are disputes with WPARTS resolved?

Most product disputes must be resolved between buyer and seller (see §8a). Disputes with WPARTS are subject to individual AAA arbitration in Fresno County, California, with a class-action waiver to the fullest extent permitted by law (see §18). California law applies; non-waivable rights of your country or state of residence are not limited. If a translation conflicts, the English version controls.
