Orders are contracts between buyers and independent sellers. WPARTS does not provide a buyer protection program, does not issue refunds, and does not accept returns. Direct any product liability claims to the seller.How are disputes with WPARTS resolved?Most product disputes must be resolved between buyer and seller (see §8a). Disputes with WPARTS (about the platform) are subject to binding arbitration and class action waiver to the fullest extent permitted by law (see §18).
