How do I become a seller?
Create an account, then apply for seller status in Profile by adding company details and documents. Wait for moderation.
How do I leave a review?
After the order is completed, sign in, open Profile, choose Orders, and select the review action for that order. Rate the transaction and describe facts that would help another buyer: whether the part matched the listing, how it was packed, whether dispatch and delivery matched the stated timeline, and how the seller handled questions. Separate carrier delays from the seller's actions when possible. Do not include phone numbers, addresses, tracking numbers, payment details, threats, or claims you cannot support. If there was a problem, contact the seller in the order thread first and preserve photos and messages. A concise, specific review is more useful than a general accusation, and you may attach a complaint through the available review workflow.
How do I upload products?
Use Profile → Uploads to import via CSV (see template) or add items manually into folders. CSV files over 10MB are rejected. Duplicate files may be rejected automatically.
