Why a setting is not visible on the site
If you changed a setting but nothing changed on the site, the reason is usually one of these:
- The section is enabled but empty. The "Gallery", "About", "Working hours", "Services" and "Embed" sections are hidden from the site entirely without data, while "Products", "Reviews", "FAQ" and "Contacts" stay on the page with a heading and an empty block. Fill in the data or disable the section on the "Sections" step.
- Booking without services or a schedule. The booking widget is shown only when booking is enabled on the "Schedule" step and at least one bookable service exists. Otherwise visitors see a regular request form.
- Contacts are hidden by the profile setting. If "Show contact info to buyers" is off in your profile, your phone and address are shown neither on your sites nor on your seller page.
- Products pending moderation. Products with the "Pending" status do not appear on the site or in search until they pass review.
- The domain is not verified. Until the DNS record is verified, the site opens only at the free
