# Leads center

The lead form section turns anonymous visitors into leads: they can leave a contact request, ask for a callback or request a quote directly on your site. You get an in-app notification and an email for every new lead - emails are debounced, so several submissions in a short time do not flood your inbox.

**Setup.** In the builder, on the “Sections” step, enable the “Lead form” section and choose the form type: contact, callback or quote. Nothing else to configure - submissions work as soon as the site is published.

**Inbox.** All submissions land in the leads inbox: **Profile → My sites → your site → Leads** (`/profile/sites/<id>/leads`). Filter the list by status to focus on what needs attention.

**Pipeline.** Each lead moves through statuses: *New* → *In progress* → *Won*, *Lost* or *Spam*. Open a lead to see the submitted data, change its status and add private notes for yourself.

The inbox also shows your first-response time - how quickly you react to new leads. Use the “Export CSV” button to download all leads for reporting or for import into a CRM.
