# Who is responsible for product defects or injuries?

Sellers are solely responsible for their products. WPARTS is not a manufacturer, seller, distributor, or retailer of third-party products and disclaims product liability to the fullest extent permitted by law (see [§13](/en/help/legal/terms#s13)). Direct any product liability claims to the seller.
