# How are disputes with WPARTS resolved?

Most product disputes must be resolved between buyer and seller (see [§8a](/en/help/legal/terms#s8a)). Disputes with WPARTS are subject to individual AAA arbitration in Fresno County, California, with a class-action waiver to the fullest extent permitted by law (see [§18](/en/help/legal/terms#s18)). California law applies; non-waivable rights of your country or state of residence are not limited. If a translation conflicts, the English version controls.
