# Do you ship internationally?

Many WParts sellers can ship internationally, but shipping is offered by each independent seller rather than by the marketplace as a single carrier. Availability depends on the seller, the part, the destination, carrier limits, and local import rules. Check the product page and order details for the destinations, service level, estimated cost, and delivery information offered for that listing. If the destination is not shown, ask the seller in WParts before placing the order.

Auto parts vary greatly in size, weight, material, and handling requirements. A mirror or sensor may travel as a parcel, while an engine, transmission, body panel, battery, airbag, fluid, or other regulated item may require freight service or may be restricted. Confirm whether the quote includes residential delivery, lift-gate service, remote-area charges, insurance, and signature requirements. Give a complete deliverable address and verify the postal code; an address correction after dispatch can cause delay or an extra carrier charge.

For a cross-border order, ask who is responsible for customs documentation, import duties, taxes, brokerage, and any return shipment. The product price and seller's shipping quote do not necessarily include charges collected by customs or a destination carrier. Make sure the description on the invoice accurately identifies the part and its condition. Do not ask a seller to misstate the value or contents. Import eligibility is ultimately determined by the destination country and the carrier.

When the seller dispatches the order, look for the carrier and tracking number in the order details. Tracking scans can pause during customs review or a transfer between carriers, so compare the latest scan with the seller's stated handling and delivery window before treating it as lost. On arrival, inspect the package before installation. Photograph damaged packaging, labels, and the part from several angles, and keep the packing materials until the seller responds. Report a missing, damaged, or materially different item promptly in the order thread so the seller has the order history and evidence in one place.
